Behind the Scenes with PPD & Anxiety
It's the first Monday of 2020, and it's time for me to say hello, again! 2019 was a doozie for my family and me. There were some great highlights, memories, and achievements (like launching Homefront Heroes!), but it was also, handsdown, the hardest year of my life. There is no fun way to say it, but I was diagnosed with Late-Onset Postpartum Depression and Anxiety this last fall.
